Recently, I cut the ribbon at the official opening ceremony for the new filling station in Walmer, MFG Esso Greggs. The filling station is complete with a brand new car wash and Greggs store. A number of new local jobs have been created, with team training for the Greggs store being carried out in Canterbury in readiness for the opening.
This is a major investment in the new filling station. With a car wash and treats ranging from Greggs’ vegan sausage rolls to Dunkin’ Donuts washed down with a Costa Coffee, there’s something for everyone.
It is fantastic to see this investment bringing new local jobs and fuelling confidence in our local economy.
