Successful bid for Dover’s new Creative Quarter

Last week the Government announced that Dover District Council’s £18.1 million bid for Dover’s new Creative Quarter has been successful. I’ve been talking to council leader Trevor Bartlett about the scheme, and the difference it will make to Dover:
